Return Policy

Although we believe you will be completely in love with your ALIGN Quantum Mat, but if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Terms & Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  1. Your ALIGN Mat must be in the same condition that you received it; “like new”.
  2. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, as we will need to be able to look up your order. 
  3. You will be responsible for shipping your purchase back to us.

***Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question by emailing us at support@wholeistictech.com. 

If a return is received and does not meet the above terms and conditions, at minimum a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, that way if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, if the refund was approved and/or if any damage was documented. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. If your original payment method presents an issue, we will contact you accordingly.

Please allow up to 30 days from the date of your refund approval to receive your refund. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You will get a notification from our system or our Support Team with the progress of your refund.
